Frequently asked questions
Can we hold the whole day here, meeting included?
Yes. In the morning you have a meeting room with projector for your session or training, the activities take place in the same venue and the catering is served here at the end. Nobody has to drive anywhere halfway through the day.
Can we eat at Alfazone?
Yes: a mid-morning coffee break and cocktail-style catering with drinks after the missions, served in the venue. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options on request.
How much does it cost and what is included?
The Team Day starts at €65 + VAT per person on weekdays, with a minimum of 15 people. It includes the meeting room with projector, welcome coffee, coffee break, two laser tag games, a virtual reality session, cocktail catering with drinks, coordination of the day and a final ranking with a team photo. We send you a fixed quote with the total price.
What about weekends or public holidays?
Also possible, from €85 + VAT per person with a minimum billing of €2,000 + VAT: on Saturdays and Sundays the venue has its own public and the Team Day reserves it for you.
How many people does it work for?
At Alfazone we organise company events for 15 to 260 people. The Team Day as designed works best for 15 to 40; for larger groups we prepare a different proposal, with longer rotations and several rooms at once. Below 15 people a minimum billing applies (between €975 and €1,050 + VAT depending on the format). Tell us how many you are and we adjust it.
How do we book and when do we pay?
When you accept the quote you pay 50% and the date is locked. Seven days before, you send us the final headcount and dietary needs and pay the rest. From that day on, cancellations do not reduce the catering part. Invoice in the company name.
What if part of the team is not a "gamer"?
All the better. The briefing gets everyone up to speed in five minutes and we choose the game modes to suit the group. Laser tag and virtual reality rotate so every profile gets its moment, and anyone who prefers to watch has the social zone.
