Booking & payment
How do I book and how much is the deposit?
Book online or call us on +34 963 963 157. Your booking is held for 24 hours and confirmed with a €30 deposit, which is deducted from the total on the day of your session.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card and bank transfer. The online deposit is paid securely by card.
What if something comes up and we need another date?
Message us on WhatsApp or call as soon as you know and we will find the best option to move your session together. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 5pm-10pm, Friday 5pm-11pm, Saturday 11am-3pm and 5pm-11pm, and Sunday 11am-3pm and 5pm-10pm. Hours may change on special dates — double-check when booking.
Ages & groups
From what age can you play?
As a guide: laser tag from age 6-7, virtual reality and VR escape rooms from 8. Birthday parties work from age 6. The exact fit depends on the activity and the group — happy to advise.
Do big groups fit?
Yes: each laser arena takes up to 60 players and across the 3 mazes we have around 100 gear sets. For large groups we organise rotations so nobody waits around.
Is it just for kids and teens?
Not at all: families, groups of friends, companies, sports clubs and seniors all play here. We adapt the pace and competitiveness of each session to the group.
The activities
How long does each activity last?
A laser match lasts 20 minutes (2 and 3-match packs available). VR and VR escape sessions run 40 or 60 minutes. Group and school visits usually take 2-3 hours with rotations.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes and closed sports shoes: you will be moving. The venue is climate-controlled, so it plays well all year round.
Do we need previous experience?
No. Before each session the marshal gives you a briefing and gears you up. In VR, the first minutes are for getting used to it — then it just flows.
Birthdays & events
What does a birthday pack include?
From €16.90 per guest: match, party food, a drink, invitations, a group photo and your own room to blow out the candles. Laser, VR and mixed packs available.
Do you run corporate events and school trips?
Yes, with a tailored proposal: team missions, rotations and a meeting room with projector for the work part. Tell us what you need in the companies form and we will get in touch.
Can we hire the whole venue?
Depending on the date and group size, exclusive hire is possible. Ask for a proposal and we will work it out with you.
The venue
Where are you and how do we get there?
Carrer Castelló 5, Alfafar (46910), 10 minutes from Valencia: Alfafar exit off the V-31, next to the MN4 shopping centre. Easy parking nearby.
Is it indoors?
Yes: 1,550 m² in a covered, climate-controlled venue with a café and arcade zone. Rain or heat, the game is always on.
Can I wait while my group plays?
Of course: the café has tables and a rest area, and you can follow the buzz of the matches from there.
