Frequently asked questions
From what age can they play?
Laser tag from age 6-7: the technology is harmless and pain-free (no balls, no impacts). For virtual reality we recommend from 8-10 depending on the game. If the group mixes ages, the marshals adjust the game mode.
What exactly do the kids do during the birthday?
They arrive, the marshals explain the rules in the briefing room, they play their matches (with the scenery and mode adapted to their age), they all sit down to the party food at their table and blow out the candles. They leave with their ranking, their photo and zero battery left.
Do I need to prepare or bring anything?
Just the group and, if you like, your cake (you can also order it from us when booking). Invitations, food, drinks, room and marshals are included in the pack. Tell us about allergies and intolerances and we adapt the food.
Can parents stay and watch?
Of course, there is a café area to wait and watch snack time. But it is not necessary: many parents use the two hours to run errands and come back for the candles.
What if a guest drops out at the last minute?
Tell us about the change as soon as you know (phone or WhatsApp) and we sort the group out with you before the day. We work with the final number of guests, so a last-minute reshuffle ruins nothing.
